Probleem bij 90% Installatie 3.0

Wanneer ontstond het probleem?
Bij Installatie
phpBB versie: 3.0.0
Wat is het probleem?[/list]

Hoi Allemaal,

Ik ben nogal groen wat betreft phpBB e.d., maar hoop dat jullie me kunnen helpen.
Ik heb een probleem bij het installeren van phpBB3.0 op een losse pc

MySQL5 installatie gaat goed
PHP5 Installatie gaat ook prima (geinstalleerd als ISS CGI, of dat goed is weet ik niet)
mySQL/ODBC connector doet het ook (test ok)

En de isntallatie van phpBB3.0 gaat ook goed tot de laatste stap (ik denk iets van rechten op sql)

Ik krijg de volgende melding.
